1. Self-Defense Training

ROSEYKBAR DEFENSE provides self-defense training services in which you will learn and practice techniques to protect yourself in dangerous situations. By participating in our training program, you acknowledge that there is always some degree of risk involved in physical activity, and that you are responsible for your own well-being.

You must disclose any medical conditions or injuries you have before participating in the training program. ROSEYKBAR DEFENSE reserves the right to deny access to the training program if your health condition presents a danger to you or others.

If you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have any other condition that makes physical activity dangerous, you are not allowed to participate in our training program.

1. Payment and Cancellation

Payment Policy: Payment for our training program must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other online payment methods.

Cancellation Policy:
If you have purchased a course and need to cancel, please do so at least 30 days before the course is scheduled to take place. Cancellation requests received at least 30 days prior to the course will be refunded 90% of the purchase price. This 10% charge covers administration fees. Any cancellation request received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled course will forfeit the right to a refund.

We make every effort to ensure that our website is available 24/7. However, we may need to take the website down for maintenance or updates. In such cases, we will provide advance notice so that you can plan accordingly.

We reserve the right to terminate our website and its services at any time without notice.
